Even better I think. The thing looks like it was built in the Ferrari factory. So far beyond " home built in my garage " it's almost unbelievable. The man is a bonafide artist when it comes to working with metal.

Tops of the side pods done. Now onto radiator shrouds. Put two wheels on to see what we are working with!

Thanks! I took a pic for scale of me sitting in it. I sometimes forget how small it is and it is just a go kart!!! I think I lost my mind spending this much time on this ! Lol but I love it!

So do we. The more pictures you post, the more obvious the degree of skill you poses. Just AWESOME. What did you do, or maybe still doing as a working career? Automotive engineering? Race team crew chief? Your skills and abilities are so far beyond the average DIY guy working in his garage. I have been a fan and enthusiast of motor sports since I was a teenager, more than 60 years ago. The caliber and quality of a build like yours only comes out of highly skilled professional fabrication shops. Keep sharing those pictures.

Ha! I always wish I was one of the above!!! I have always loved race cars and motorcycles. I am a fine arts college major turned build contractor. I modified/built motorcycles until my late 20`s till I got married and this is my midlife crisis!!!

Man o man those radiator pods were a royal pain!!!! 99% mounted. Rear taillight and body mount almost done

Your first post is Oct 24 and it looks like ya been at it a while.
l'm curious, When did actually start building? I've been in some long term (8yrs) projects and know how time comsuming nice work is!

your project is just plain amazing, 'Specially in such a shiort time.
I was involved in this 8 year project. Not mine, but i made a couple of parts for my rich uncle. Stuff like yer doin consumes a lot of time.
