Question about the tin work. It looks great and it is clear that you have put a lot of time and effort in doing it. Earlier in the thread you posted many pictures of your fiberglass parts ( which look great ) . What is the need of the tin work. Do the full sized cars have a similar structure under the body panels, or is it for rigidity?
Or maybe something else altogether. Curious.

I am doing to mimic original. There are couple variations and I essentially combined them. It's not needed for rigidity. I would have had to do a decent amount anyway (wheel well and lower sides) so I figured why not go for it! Here are pictures of the real deal.pb___j_8.jpgferrari-312pb-the-scuderia-s-last-succesful-analogue-endurance-racer_11.jpg

Denny, I just went back and looked at post # 1 & # 11. Steering wheel is dead center, A single seater I believe. So all is well. Is this man talented or what. This is going to be a very unique piece when you finish. And the power to weight ratio looks to be awesome. What is the final purpose or destiny? Are you going to keep it and drive frequently, display it, or sell it?

To say he is talented is just a little bit of an understatement. I could never pull it off as fast as he has.

Lol! I almost did!!! But after seeing how small a '2' seater would be at this scale I decided to make it as comfortable as possible for 1 centered. Thanks for your kind words! For my first attempt at something like this I am happy with how it's going. More determination than talent! Should be pretty fast! I always saw it as a neighborhood ripper. I will probably sell as already want to build a mini Tyrell p34!
