Just curious, what did you find wrong? I have a DF200GKD that I built for my grandson 6 years ago, when he was 13. After he got his license and a truck, it's been parked for 3 years so I've brought it back home to fix. I've got power at the dash when I turn the key, all lights work, but I have to jump it at the solenoid. I replaced the ignition switch and the solenoid, but when I turn the key, it's still "zip". I've been all over this thing with my tester and can't identify any faulty wires. I thought maybe you found something I've overlooked.
Man I have been on here in awhile just not read this haha. I replace the key ignition switch just end up making a switch to jump the solenoid to start never figure out where that black wire attach to. I think that wire suppose to make a connection when the brake pedal are press down and you turn the key to make contact to the solenoid to supply power to the solenoid.

Good afternoon
I appreciate y'all accepting me in y'all group.
One of the reasons I joined is because I purchased a second hand Dong Fang 4 seater go cart for my 3 grandchildren.
I have had some issues with it but nothing major. First the battery is not being charged. Therefore I want to change the voltage regulator first. I did check all the wiring and replaced the ignition switch. The problem I'm having is to find the correct regulator.
The model is DF200GKD and the vin number is LXDACLAC8H1051449
Attached are pictures of the regulator and tag from the go cart.
If anyone can help me with finding another regulator or trouble shoot the charging system for me It would be deeply appreciated

Try here.
You want a 6 wire 2 plug rectifier.
Then match to what version you have.

Good old china.
Do the colors go to the same pins?

Ive seen entire harnesses wired correctly but the wrong colors. And vice versa.
Follow the wire not the color code so to say.

Yep that's China for ya
The color order of wires on the new reg do not go to the same pins as the old one. I would have to change the order of the wires to match the pins old reg.

I didnt answer your comment, do the colors go to the same pins? Yes the colors on the new one goes to the same pins as the old one. They do not go in the same order on the regulator.
