Funny there are a bunch of Old Men walking around!

I heard a story of a Guy went to China on business and saw on 2 occasions. Men with their little Girls (9 or 10) Handcuffed to them.
Apparently due to the 1 child policy, there is such a shortage of women, Families will kidnap in broad daylight, a female to raise as a future Husband for their son!
Crazy place! Many men will NEVER have the opportunity to marry due to the shortage.

What is bad is imagine a Communist China with plans on World domination. and a Million man Army of Testosterone charged sexually Frustrated young men, With really NOTHING to live for.
