1. Thrown the chain off atleast every two days
It happens. Check the alignment of the two sprockets and the chain tension and adjust if needed
2. Already broke the clutch belt.
Use genuine Comet belts for best performance
3. About 20 bolts have backed out in various places
Happens often on anything with an engine. Clean the threads, apply blue Loctite threadlocker to the bolts and reassemble
4. Chain tensioner has broke
Probably a wear-out item and to be expected. Buy a new one
5. Left rear wheel degenerated
Now that is utterly fantastic! Tore the center core right out of it--now that's some drivin'!
And that's garbage metal.

I’d want one of these. Seems like the perfect go kart of the type that had fiberglass bodies. An ATV, go kart and truck replica all in one. There’s a Grave Digger model too…
