Doubt it mate, 6.5 and 8hp are different block sizes and like a different series of parts as far as I know.
Gx305???
The only reliable oem aluminium flywheel that you can get for a gx160/200 is one from a gxv160 (possibly other gxv) flywheel brake model. Believe me, I researched for way too long, trying to save a buck or two, and these gxv160 ones are rarer than rocking horse dump, except on karting sites

Ok clearly it was a typo.
OP-I reckon you are just going to end up buying the upgrade parts you want to get.
Im thinking in this case there is just no easy way around it. We talked on the other thread about machining a flywheel, next time come off hand what you want and for what.

machining a flywheel,
Waste of time imo if aftermarket parts are available. Getting the taper perfect, getting the balance perfect, getting timing perfect and finding the right magnet would take a while, and then look at the cost for a massive chunk of aluminium, or even steel. Not cheap!

Mate, not being funny, I don't have a clue what you are trying to get across! If English is not your first language, then I apologise, but if not, please make more of an effort.
Food for thought.

Cheers,
Rob
