if i had a better manifold made this engine woulda ran (stock...)

got it to run off prime. but after what i dumped into the intake burnt off, it died.

so i just sold the carb to my neighbor for 20 bucks because his had like 10 yr old gas in it. and was all rotted out and nasty.

this engine is now sitting in my basement..... yuuuuuuuuup

if you can get the internals to work in the way people have shown in the previous pages, its possible...

that explains why my H60 has the intake on the right side, and my HM80 has the intake on the left.

i dont really have a desire to do this anymore. its more work than i feel like or need to do. ive got enough stuff to work on..... lol

What is the point of all this? This seems like a lot of talk about who's right but nobody has tested anything. If you really wanna feel "cool" prove them wrong. Also, why don't you just buy a running engine? Seems simple enough to me...

If you buy me a running engine, Ill take it. But Im cheap. And I dont get much money, so I deal with what I can afford.







And to settle this- you can swap the intake and exhaust port with tons of mods but its to much work that its worth.
