here couple pic as u can see the 5/8 stud welds must have cracked and was able to pop out,would it still work if i was to hammer it bac in and re weld it or would this just happen again but yes i am going to call bmi about this, thanks

lol haha sorry its heck early over here my head still sleeping my bad let me fix that qik, it doesnt look too bad but a wheel flying off at 20 or more mph is enough for me to say someone didnt weld this piece good enough100_0163.jpg

yea it was worth investing in ha..well i just went ahead and weld it myself tested it and seem to hold up even better ive been testing this thing over an over and i have since updated the kart and changed a few things to which makes it much better in driveability and performance and am now complete with it as i feel a full satisfaction now i can lay it to rest now
, ill post pic tomorrow so you can see the little changes i made ,alrighty guys heading to sleep my eyes are starting to crosss

there it is now i finally feel fully satisfied and can lay to rest without second thoughts in my head wheew steering is good and power is good i got it geared 60t axle and 13 jaCkshaft not sure if its good but it does the job i require it to for now so enjoy1.jpg

yeah mostly metal for the corners and angles i layered a fiberglass cloth and resin and molded it on an sanded it, to make it look smoother took awhile but got it done and holds up to bumps and terrain pretty good

hahaha lol i fully agree with you on that no arguments, but that is the plan still working and drawing the possible options of my rear design on diagram paper for a ninja 600 bike engine...which its taking me time cuz of other daily life issues but i will update if anything new thanks

have not seen that thread actually i didnt even know if there was any logo but is it still being decided or which one is it?
