Can't ride it yet. No brakes, the clutch needs to be redone and the steering needs some help. Hopefully 1 more solid weekend and she will be moving. I may add side panels, I don't know if i have enough diamond plate for solid pieces.

maiden test ride results:

EPIC FAILURE.......

Observations: Clutch pedal stinks.. I'm going to convert to Hydraulic to eliminate this problem. Also the gas pedal is very touchy. I think I'm also going to ditch the home made pedal with an assembly that has a smoother action. I'm also going to create a custom return throttle spring assembly.

Chain tensioner. Lets just put a big ol failed on that one lol. I'm going to buy a spring mounted one that should be a lot better.

How's the build goin?

Been on hold for the last 2 weeks. I had to work last weekend and I've had the stomach flu for the past 5 days. Hopefully I will get my hydraulic clutch in this week and should finish it up next weekend. Well that is until I take it for a test drive and find out what doesn't work lol.

Well here it is. the final video showing it moves. Sorry for the quality, took it with my phone. I would have loved to open it up, but the neighbors tend to frown upon that type of thing.

What is your final drive ratio, as compared to the donor bike's FDR?

Its at about 7 to 1 in first which should give me plenty of torque
