How's your steering? Is it full Ackermann? I ask because, from the pics, it appears your outside wheel is turned in more than the inside wheel. It may just be camera angle or something like that but I thought I'd ask

Hello friends i got back from a long week of trail riding in Clemmons North Carolina i ran out of wire and had lots of other stuff to do today so all i got done was alter my a-arms for their new configuration. And drilled the brackets out...I could have done better on those maybe if i had a drill press and some more patience. haha

well i spent way too much on steel today...i went out to get some 3''x3/16''x3' stock and some 1/2''x4' tubing and spent $25 if only i had something to drive when the steel yard was open! haha im going to get an early start and begin building the control arms tomorrow.

Hey guys you know your allowed to comment haha :D

Anyway i got my 3/8 heims for my lower arms, got my control arms built, and finished the brackets for everything!

One good thing is my dad and i got a new grill so I'm stealing all the stainless from it and ill probably use it for the body paneling.
Sorry for the phone picture

Your kart doen't look too sturdy sitting on those supports. LOL.

I am still digging this kart. I am looking forward to seeing it actually move though. :D

Have you got enough stainless from the grill for what you need?

It's sitting on a chair the jack stands are to hold up the a-arms haha
I probably don't have enough stainless but ill use it in a few places like floorboards and possibly a few side panels.

so the front end's starting to take shape i did notch the a-arms so the angle of the heims would be a little closer to 90* compared to the arm. But i also got my Yamaha Blaster Front shocks today! they're mocked up in the pictures along with the control arms i still need to figure out how to weld a 1/2'' tube into a 3/4'' tube but ill figure something out. And i cut/drilled some tabs for my lower mounts ill probably end up once again making new double shear tabs for the tops.
I think it looks pretty cool so far

EDIT::The shocks are actually from a trx 250r not a blaster haha
