Without that panel you have the flat space above the wing. Looks bare without it. Only only solution would be add another smaller wing in that space. Will take pics next round. To compare.

Why not just take the tank... and turn it around, and put that on the front angled down a bit? Gives ya room for a drink older.

The tank gives your knees something to hug. With normal barstool you legs and knees grab nothing. Lesson I learned from last barstool. I mocked up smaller wing in that space. I liked the panel better.

Going stir crazy waiting on wheels and tires. Had this motorcycle sized lincense plate I decided to use for heat shield. Worked out perfect. Just welded two nuts to pipe. I will be adding muffler onto the pipe. Support rod as well.

let's see how well it holds up to the heat. But until then i think it look cool.

Nope. Love the stuff. Took me two starter kits and on can gloss black for top coat. 46$ total for paint. It panted that plastic panal flawlessly.

Just don't get it on you.

How you been old friend.

Cool.
I think I remember asking before, is it brushed or sprayed on? If brushed, looks like it settles pretty uniformly.

I have a 70s minibike Id like to restore, Id thought about powder coating, but maybe some por15 will work just fine.

Yes you can spray and brush. Hard to clean up though. It's self leveling paint. So you won't see and brush marks. I use any brush and use foam brush to dab the tight spots. A $20 starter kit would be plenty to do a mini bike. It took me two kits to do this project.

You have to top coat with rattle can while it's tacky. Por15 is not uv safe. its tuff as nails and gas, brake fliud and even paint thinner have no effect on it. So it great for gas tanks and stuff. I even use it to line rusty has tanks. Once you open the can you got to use it all. It's moisture cured. If you have larger project i would buy the 6 pack they sale. Better to buy smaller cans than one large can. Once you out the lid on and it dries the can is welded shut. It will never open. It's really weird stuff man.

I got drop on my face. Still thier week later. They say two weeks it will go away.
