ive thought of doing that, but heres my thinking, A. its a better clone than one ive ever had, and it hasent given up on me yet, i dont want to kill or harm it, B when i get my TC the governor is always changing the ratio, nd that bypasses governor, but limits rpm which is good, and C if im going to do it, im going to do the whole thing, governor out, billet, better springs

I may look into doing something similar, bore it out, flywheel, rod, cam, springs... not quite the works, but something similar...

Would be loads of fun.

I know what you mean... when we are 60 these bikes wont look a thing like they do now, the 6.5 and TC will be in the shed(or on a grandkids mini) and we will have some crazy 700cc bike engine cramjammed in the frame somehow!
:roflol:

I dont see modding out my engine yet, like you I need to get my TC, and brakes set up.

I was just saying what works for me,right now. I do not recommend it. It's a chance for me to get a little more ooommmfff.
I will do it the right way, billet rod, flywheel,re jetted carb, header, and TC.
Then it will be safe and real fast.

at the rate things are moving, i want to have built a couple karts and bikes just for around town, like back in rationing times they built the same stuff because it costs so little for fuel.

Yes, I would like to do this too. would be loads of fun.

i always say, cut it in half, add 20 bux and then ask how much is this worth to myself?

- 75 for engine, 75 for the CVT setup, or however you wanna see it, whatever works. but don't break the bank, but dont shortchange someone. unless they think they're sitting on a goldmine...

lol im ranting! get us some pix!
we wanna drool.
