i will probably do so in the future. until then these will make good guides for guiding the kart in the soft mud.

No they won't. They will break 5 minutes out the garage door. You probably won't even reach the mud. The rims are too soft for any speeds, and they break. If you want to waste money, they are the exact wheels you should buy...

That doesn't make any sense. How many mud bog trucks or any of road vehicle EVER has skinny little front tires for "Guiding in soft mud"

Oh....it makes perfect sense....narrower tires will "dig" in and make a track....keeping the front tires from riding on top of the mud and sliding sideways....

The only problem is....it's flawed theory....as the way to steer through mud is with a larger footprint....because, as the skinny tires sink in...and you go to turn....they don't change the profile much....so they just keep plowing straight ahead....especially with tractor tires and six jackshafts in the back....:rolleyes:

But...then again... did we really expect anything different out of this guy????

So they work the same as using HF tires on Anything. "they just keep plowing straight ahead"

But I digress. This is the exact type of Proven Flawed Theory I expect from That guy!

Guys seriously...

I'd love to see him complete this thing.. just as he imagined the setup...
I really would looove to have a video of his very first testrun;

let's say for future reference ;)

Sure I know he should buy belts in bulk since he'd probably need one per input stroke;
yadda yadda...
why not just sit back, relax, grab a can of celebrative beverage of choice (Coke for me, beer for Kelly...) and enjoy the show?!

I've seen some good advice, some gentle warnings... we've (well you have at least) done what had to be done;
and now it's time to enjoy the rest.

..just my two copper pennies of course.

I agree. Lets see what comes of this.

We have yet to see ANY building work happen though. All we have had is his thoughts on what he wants to do

Freerunner....lets see some actual building

Fail to plan, plan to fail. The holes on the converter plate allow you to mount it vertically (where the driven pulley is up, not back). Try to mount it that way and see how the chain sprockets line up.

I bet you say this often...

So, you're making an off-road, mud'n kart... with a single wheel drive?

:idea2: Make sure you're wearing your Muck boots before you drive into the mud pit. :popcorn:

As for the TC, those multiple holes are there to mount it at different angles. Probably have to lose the stock box muffler, and mount TC at an upward angle. A header pipe is a good upgrade anyways...
Then your looking at how to line up everything, plus fitting a drum brake off the wheel sprocket in there...

OK....Soooo...let's review: .....and put some of the BS to rest....and a little light on the misguided stupidity....

Soooo...you think it's really cool to fool people acting like you're stupider than you are....but....who is getting "entertained" by that ? YOU ARE....PERIOD!!!!

Then...in you're little twisted psyche....you're gonna come back and say: ha ha...I was just kidding....I'M REALLY A GENIUS!

Well....first off...you're far from a genius....In relationships to the collective intelligence of this forum....you're a dingleberry....

Nothing you are doing is impressing anyone....(we've seen it all before) ....

Furthermore, if you think fooling people and trying to elevate yourself at their expense is the way to make friends and influence people....you really are an idiot...

If you would quit thinking you're some kind of genius....and quit being a troll...you might be able to fit in here....but at I see it...you're going to be a short timer here....and the forum will be better off without you...
