I wasn't saying anything against you. I was only reminding you that we can give much more educated advice if we can see what you are working with.
What I am getting at, is the "gear ratio" of the pullys is wrong.and engine are all from the same snowblower

What is the right "gear ratio" for a walk behind snow blower, is not the right ratio for a Kart. The end result most likely a walking pace go kart.
That will be disapointing for every one involved! And nobody will be impressed with yer fabbin Skills.
