Sorry, out of stock. Oops.
It doesn't appear to be, but it could be a matter of bolt patternTeam,
I’ve removed the original engine and it’s on the bench.
Question:
The gear box with sprocket. It is proprietary to this engine?
I've plugged many aluminum cases and motorcycle covers with JB Aluma-weld (or Locktite aluma-stick) and never had so much as weeping issues from it.What did the seller say was wrong with the engine? If there's oil in it, try and turn it over manually or hook up a battery if it's electric start & see if it will crank. I wouldn't give up on the engine just yet unless there's a hole in the block or severe damage. If it's full of water drain it and put oil back in it. Cheap diagnosis.

Got my engine plate in today. Just a mock up to see how she’d fit.I've dealt with a bunch of these buggy karts. The GY6 is a Honda design. Most of the problems with that engine are either scored pistons and cylinder walls or they won't start. They have poor wiring and grounding systems but the engines themselves (or at least the lower end) seem pretty robust and hold up well. They lose spark or the vacuum fuel delivery setup doesn't work right. I wouldn't be surprised if that's what happened with yours. It wouldn't start for some reason or the cylinder lost compression. Pull the jug off the top of the engine and see what it looks like. Could be electrical too. CDI, coil, harness problem but I would at least take the cylinder off and go from there.
Thanks Main!Looks good so far!
There you go!Thanks Main!
It’s going to come together.
