Sorry, I thought I found the right one... It looked close but I didn't pay attention to the details.

+1 on NOT getting Harbor freight wheels. The tires are fine but the bearings go bad constantly and the tubes might pop.

I havent had an issue yet with quality tires and innertubes i have the original front tires on my go kart they are so bald if i used tire shine they would blind me lol i suggest 5 inch wheels all around. You would be set if one goes bald you have 3 more

Solomonster212 - We have many accounts on the forum of absolutely no part of HF wheels being acceptable. Old school Corvairs were often teased as having "rubberized paper" tires from the factory, well, HF wheels are even worse.

People have had bearings fail, tires blow out, and even the hubs and wheels themselves SHEAR! Yeah, the metal's THAT bad.

So the forum consensus is to NEVER get HF wheels. A lot of people say they're barely adequate for a push dolly.

Actually I have some that were used on a small gate for about a year. The rims are warped, and the bearings are fried. And it was used on a gate! Although I must say the floater tires from tractor supply are almost as bad (the tubes leak, and they have the same bearings, but the rims are tough, and the tires are nice).

"Harbor Freight wheels"... yeah, I totally take back my flippant attempt at sarcasm. Being a person that's totally anti-HF-CHINA, I never should have made the comment. I really didn't feel the kart was worth all the time, effort, and money... I could be wrong on that too. But if it's a trial run in karting, go for it. At $50, the deal was still a good one.

SHWEEEEEEEEET!!! I love that link and it gives me a bunch of great ideas. Oh and I bet that kart could run circles around half the karts from those here telling you to part it and scrap it for money. That is a light weight kart and should do you well. If I had it I would probably stretch it but you have to know where to make the cuts. I like it!!!

I've see that steering wheel on a couple of other brands now. One is my Robron and the others were Yellowjacket. I don't think yours is either.

As suggested in another thread on another just like it, it's probably a really nice clone at the least.

If it was a robron where would the markings be located on the kart. Don't know if I could see it though IT has had multiple coats of paint.

Back to the kart at hand...

...though I see some similarities to a Robron, it's kinda hard to tell for sure with all of the alterations that have been made to it. I'm not familiar enough with what subtle changes may have been made to Robron karts over the years since the one I have now is a recent acquisition.

It's a dead axle kart, it's not robron, we already established that 7thofa2nd! Also, I wouldn't bet your money on a one wheel peel kart "running circles" around most the karts here, I have a gx270 powered kart that quite frankly sh1ts and gets, and there are several here that would light mine up. But you go right ahead with that know it all type of tude, I guess you must be the only one here that knows what you are talking about huh?

I'm sorry, I think I was misunderstood. I must have not read all of the comments where it was already established that it positively wasn't a Robron. I thought we were still trying to figure it out. I'm also sorry if I rubbed you the wrong way and came off as a know-it-all. I know I'm not.

I noticed that the left front wheel in this pic has been broken off and welded back on at a weird angle. It would be the right wheel if you were sitting in the kart.
