Thanks to everybody for helping getting me this far I appreciate it a lot. But I’m not gonna make the build off deadline for the first time since 2015 when I started these DIYGK build offs. It won’t be done til next year so til then enjoy some progress til then..............

I think it automatically rolls over. But it will be done by the track opens in February.

I have everything to finish just can’t get to a tig welder in time to finish it.

Man, I love this build! Just read through the thread, bummer you couldn't finish it up in time for voting... It'll be a tough contender if rolled to 2021.

Btw, there is nothing to be concerned about regarding the removable frame sections. We used similar approaches on 1000hp top fuel Harleys and never saw a problem from them.

Thanks ! And I final fitted and welded everything yesterday but the wheelie bars.

plan on final tear down tonight and painting it tomorrow. Then test riding it Thursday if it all goes well.

Went to set the chain up and it wouldn’t clear the bearing for the double offset. So had to cut the engine mounts off move the engine over a 1/2” and remake everything.

But........I got it done all today. And she is in paint finally. After the kinks are worked out I’ll powder coat it.

Well........... Jackshaft won’t work again. So I ordered a different one again. This time it’s gonna run all the way across if I have to. So this one will work with any engine combo at least.
