But I'm gonna do the next longer belt also to fix the tc issue. It drives straight and everything works tho so that's a plus........ I guess !

Awesome build. Makes me wish I had the money to do a build or 2 or 10 like this. What issues were you have with the tc?

Thanks. And torque converter was a bad driver. I fixed the one I have tho. Still using the exact same belt size also.

These pics are the OEM stock stuff out of the engine.

I'm getting a rod, cam, springs and that's it. And a flywheel.

I ordered the arc longer 6274 rod. The stocker is the same as gx390 length. The rod will be here Friday so i will post if it fits or not.

Cam will be the nr racing 306 rpm grind with their dual springs.

Decided against the 460cc stroker for now. It's $2k plus.

I'm fully confident I can get 30-35hp with my bolt on stuff. So that's ok for now I guess.

That and I'm tired of spending money for awhile also !!!! I think I'm gonna add some color while it's down tho. And get it super nice.

I have to ask, how did you know the driver was bad and how did you fix it? I'm having trouble with my new tc right now too.

It was a lucky guess. They don't recommend my driver with that short of center to center distance. So by looking at belt angle I knew it was off. In my particular case it was a decision to fix or change the whole setup again. And I special ordered the whole kit to be fully adjustable within anything I wanted or needed.

So my deal has no outcome on anybody else's deal whatsoever. But it could be a problem just not likely at all.

If you download the tc 40 or 44 series directions you will see they don't even offer a belt for my application. It's free from BMI or somewhere similar as a PDF.

The manufacturer will set it up for any engine already. So yes.

I'm gonna try and sell it as a powder coated complete roller while the engine is down for performance add ons. If it doesn't sell by the time the engine is done I will use it tho.

Actually I expected and Angry Rant about how you cant get the new Chassis and they are terrible to do business with and You are just done and the Bike can sit in the yard and rot!!!
