Ill get a 6.5hp if i want to go offroad as the 2hp has hardly any torque to go in sand and the clutch gets uber hot. For now the 2hp is fine and does the job. If u wanna see pics of my kart here it is: http://www.diygokarts.com/vb/showthread.php?t=3397

Ill have a vid up sometime in teh next 2-3days of the kart going top speed!!! I have to get some tire slime as the back tire has a slow leak and deflates overnight. I have to tune the carb more as well as it hardly revvs over half way or ill just take off the governer.

So whens the Funeral for the clutch?:roflol: Idle sounds bumpy, Did you advance the timing or anything? Looks like you and Oscar have one thing in common, you guys often dont wear anysort of foot wear when working in the shop/outside. Pretty dangerous! BTW Howcome the key on that clutch looks so screwed up?

I havent greased the chain yet so it sounds bad, the key isnt bad, just the video makes it look like that.

Installed a kill switch today so i can stop the engine if i get into a sticky situation. It sure beats putting my hand back and pulling the choke XD. Just in case my throttle sticks i got that, it works perfectly and doesnt look to bad.
