Im sure you can find a carb with the same bolt pattern. I'd look around for a performance cam also.

I'd like to put some performance parts into this bike but every penny I spend on my 125 I feel guilty for not fixing the 250.

This doesnt relate to the 490 but i got a offer to trade a 1998 CR80 dirtbike for my sunk yamaha exciter snowmobile. Hmmm...What do you guys think?

Lol I was kidding about the used parts. I learned a good lesson with the blockzilla 3 that you should never buy used racing parts espeiclly when the owner has "No clue" how many seasons, pass's/hours are on the crankshaft. What kind of a idiot sold you that piston?

Haha i was kidding about the piston, i knew you were kidding also.

Dropping off the piston to get the cyl. bored out tomorrow. Should be running by this weekend.

Also, anyone possible interested in a water pump? Briggs 3 horse starts first pull, cast iron Monarch pump made in Canada. Runs perfect! Have had since new...

On the hard to kick thing. How much do you weigh? I think just like some of those monster snowmobiles available, this thing was designed for people who are 300 pounds and not chubby.
