Yeah I seen the kits was hoping to bypass some parts while still SAFELY raising my rpms . Seems like a Lifan 150 or 200 with trans would be easier and cheaper choice . All i,m looking for is another 10 - 13 mph out of my current setup .6:1 gear 7hp duromax c.c 11" tires Ungoverned she does 32mph ( gps )

Your parts list is more of wat i expected and doesn't seem like it would cost 800 $ if shopped for smartly . Cant seem to edit on ps3

Would I be better suited to change ratios and use a cvt ?

That's actually very reasonable but, by changing the gear ratio &/or CC to TC should give you what you're looking for...

With 11" tyres, there's no reason you can't run a 5:1 ratio, that alone will give you an extra 6mph; changing to a TC will give you 10% overdrive PLUS you can go to an even lower ratio (let's say, 4.5:1), which should give you the desired 13mph...

13-18 " INCH tires.

That's a really wide scope, which can mean the difference between a 5:1 ratio & a 9:1 ratio; with the current setup, you can, probably, safely go to 15"...

Here's a pic

Not a very good one, I'm afraid...

One thing it does show is that it's a one wheel drive so, fitting a TC may be difficult but, it has been done before...

As it stands, the quickest & cheapest alternative is either swap the tyres for 15's or swap the wheel sprocket...

The 15 " tires won't be too much on my clutch ? Just the tires alone would get me to 40 mph with no mods except governor removal. (Based on 6:1 ) I ride offroad alot so i could use some ground clearance , (roots and what nots) and take off traction . Would I need to adjust gearing to keep 6:1 or 5:1 with 15" tires .

Carb is clean now and doing fine ( after an hour and a half of lemon boil). Lowered gas tank and installed fuel pump: now she will idle on choke but not accelerate off choke will not idle but will accelerate . Any ideas? Also anyone know where I can get a 10 tooth c c for a #35 chain?

You cannot get a 10 tooth for # 35 chain. Even a 5/8 shaft is too big for only 10 teeth on a 35 pitch.
Physics.
