If I was to reduce the rear sprocket, what size would get? 82t - ??? My sprocket is one piece besides the sprocket hub piece.

I have an 82t sprocket on my rear axle and 11t sprocket on my clutch. I want to make it faster on the straightaways without sacrificing to much on accelerating. What is the best way to accomplish this? It is a racing go kart with a KT 100 engine.

What is better a dry or wet clutch? Why? I got both a Horstman Steel Nytro & a Horstman HDC4A. Do you have to use a special oil in a wet clutch or will regular engine oil work (10w-30)?

From what my brother says happened, the starter nut loosened when we started the engine causing the clutch to come off, vibrating the motor mount bolts loose, causing the engine to fall off. I know I've got a lot of things to replace & I'm the kind of person that doesn't like to buy extra parts...

I have a KT100 2 stroke engine, I'm not sure if I should use a clutch or torque converter. I just ride around my neighborhood & empty parking lots right now, but plan on getting on a race track this summer. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
