    Question about flywheels...

I think I will just stick to the cast iron then. I just tried to start the engine with the aluminum one and it didn't go so well. another thing that could be a problem with it now though is that i removed the points and wasn't sure if all I needed to do to bypass whatever it is that they do is...

    Question about flywheels...

I think that's it. Unless you would consider a unifilter and a 12" black iron pipe nipple for the header a mod. it's pretty fast though anyhow... it's surprised me the first time I got on it. what would it help if anything ? and why would any mods make a difference ? is the aluminum less likely...

How much does a torque converter actually help ?

I want to get one of these, but they seem to be all out of my budget. How much do these things actually help overall ? Are there any cons ? If the responses make it seem worth it then I'll keep an eye on eBay til I find a great deal. Also, what's the difference in 40 series and 30 series ? Are...

Well, I got myself another kart yesterday...

I'll post pics either tonight or tomorrow. It needs a little work, but I got the kart with good wheels and band brakes, and two 5hp Briggs motors (one with a cent. clutch). One needs a diaphram and the other it suppose to be worn out. If it is worn out, at least I have a parts motor now. Lord...

    Muscle car exhaust?

I just have a 12 black iron pipe nipple and it sounds pretty deep and loud... kind of like glass packs on a go kart. when you're on it or near it, you can't really tell, but when someone else was on it going down the road was when I realized how good it sounds.
