The gearing and everything is fine...everything's stock. And the belt is fine also. Just the torque converter.

I have a yerf dog 3203 with a 40 series comet torque converter. I am on my 3rd torque converter and for some reason they only last so long. It dosent engaged when I accelerate as in the kart dosent move at all. Do you have to keep those torque converts lubricated an if so do I use regular WD 40...

For some reason my driver torque converter isnt engaging. The motor just revs but no movement. It only does it when it runs for a while. What do you guys think the problem could be?

Im pretty sure the torque converter is the problem...I even sprayed wd40 in the torque converter an it started driving fine again for a while but once the wd40 wore off it was acting up again.

I kind of think its the torque converter, it drives fine when you first use it but after it gets hot an you drive it for awhile the problems begin.

Hi guys, I think I might be having issues with my torque conver pulley. Its a comet 40 series an im having issues going up hill like its not in gear...the pulley is 2 years old an hardly ever uesd please help.

Also can I get away with using 5w30 oil in the ex27 engine?

I finally got the engine unsiezed, sprayed some wd40 in the combustion chamber on the piston an engine is turning freely. Thank you for your help :)

Yes water probably has since I wash it every now an then.

Hi guys I have a subaru robin ex27 engine an I think the engine is lock. I can turn the drive shaft but a some point it gets harder to turn. Also when I pull the rope, the fly wheel dosent even turn an im putting stress on the rope.

No, im using a bigger torque converter for the robin engine its the 40 series an the bearing for the jack shaft housing does not have a nut to tighten. It just slides onto the housing. And its only the driver side that burns out.

Well my 3203 kart has a subaru robin engine with 9 hp and I think its to much torque for the bearings in the original jack shaft housing because I went through I dont know how many bearings an they burn out so many times an I keep them greased up an everything. So I thought the ones on that...
