Go kart update I recently purchased an 212cc predator engine from harbor freight, I must say I'm pleased with its performance I been running from these engines forever I've always been an B&S guy, I also added a little cushion to the seat.

I have a subaru engines as well the only mods i have done to it is bore the carb out some and i also bored out the block ports and now im running a 3.5 gear ratio with 11 inch tires and it out runs my 10hp OHV B&S on the topend

Yea it best to go live axle i just finished building a fixed axle kart with 10hp OHV engines with 5.4 gear ratio and it push hard to the right side when i hit the gas pedal and throw dirt everywhere with 13 inch tires
