Well this little project all started when I went to the scrap yard noticed this go kart frame, which I ended up purchasing for 30 bucks. I purchased the briggs and stratton 5hp separately for 8 buck also at the junk yard the coil was rubbing the flywheel and gas was very old. All I have left to do now is finish reupholstering the seat.

I never understood why the steering wheel is on that side either. But I can tell you one thing it does great burnouts being that all the weight isn't over the drive wheel

Go kart update I recently purchased an 212cc predator engine from harbor freight, I must say I'm pleased with its performance I been running from these engines forever I've always been an B&S guy, I also added a little cushion to the seat.
