need go kart assistance

Ok i posted it previously you responded too but im almost positive it would be much easier if i show it on video its the same problwm i mentioned earlier with rhe clutch i got a different answer from my uncle and from many other people i just want to know whatbit is i have to change i dont want to have to buy a new clutch for nothing or a sprocket if i dont need it

I recently had the same problem, I took my clutch off and disassembled it. What i found was an broken spring. which was allowing the clutch to engage at very low RPMS..

Take the clutch apart, take a few pictures then report back

Were did you buy this clutch? Possible it's just a crappy brand of clutch...

Im not sure if its a bad clutch or not but it only lasted me 2 days i never oiled it so maybe thats why but i doubt it would break that fast i only rode it for like 2 hours in total too before this happened

That clutch and engine sounds HORRIBLE. What a terrible din!

Lasted two days, aye? Should last several years if used correctly.

... if it's improperly installed, driven in abusive conditions (sand, steep terrain, excessive weight in the kart or rear tires taller than 15"), the clutch might only last 20 minutes.

The engine sounds great now i tghtened the black screw under the csrb and then it started up perfect all of the sudden but now my only problem is the clutch taking it out is a pain too i wasnt able to yesterday i gotta ask my uncle for some help
