I'm not to sure on the make of this bodied kart but I like it and it looks to be very original! It could be a Carter bros or Ken Bar perhaps. The steering wheel hints at Manco but I really dont know. Sweet that it still has the original 3hp engine.

If I was to pursue this somewhat crazy build idea I would look for a 1990's 600cc machine that still runs a 4 carb setup. This way the wiring will be less complex and you might get away without all the original factory harness. Just a thought. If you can buy any used engine and here it run...

What Firemanjim said lol. Like the saying goes, a picture is worth a 1000 words! I understand some fourms are a pain to upload pics. I find its easiest to use your smart phone and it does all the formatting and what not for you. File sizes do matter tho and that can snag you from posting pics.

Old school big block ;) I have always kinda wanted one of these older Tecs but they are really wide for minibike use and I like to run my karts with a straight clutch and no governor, Tec big blocks dont like to be spun up past 4500rpm or so.

Drove a 89 Lincoln Town Car the other day at work back to the customers house (apprentice lol) and wow...such a smooth cushion like ride. They just don't make cars like this anymore!
