I'm impressed by how far you've come with this project. I remember when it was a mess, but you are persistent and look where it got you!

Ol' lawsuits and safety. Most (even big karts) didn't come with engines stronger than 7hp. Yerf-Dogs are tough but if you want to really abuse them with big engines and jump then some suspension mods are helpful. Talk to @panchothedog and @Sandrion they each own at least one.

I used a wire wheel on an angle grinder, stripped it to bare metal (NOT WORTH IT), and did a spray primer job, then spray painted it. if I did it again, I would scuff the whole thing, prime and paint.
