Anyone know how to measure to make axle spacers so that the brake disk lines right and all? Or, does anyone know the right size axle spacers used on cateye pocketbikes?

Yes, the axle probably could go straight through you steel but most people make a flat tab like this: I would not reccomend using a bolt that's treaded all the way you should use an axle like this: The non threaded part is what the bearings in the wheel will roll on and the nuts on the axle...
