wow, touchy about nothing. I remounted it today on the slack side. Didn't ride it as it was downpouring here.

I will move the tensioner to the other side, but as far as alignment, you guys are nuts. The camera doesn't tell the truth. It is aligned on the money. You don't have to believe me but I'm telling you it is.

Everything aligns fine. The isolater will replace the steel tube on the spring loaded tensioner.

made a chain tensioner outta some junk parts I had lying around. The chain is cutting into the roller already so I am gonna get one off ebay to toss on there.

what can I use for a wheel? I've heard of people using roller skate wheels. Anything else cheap that works?

I use the $9 4" not 4.5" angle grinder from HF. I've beat the pi$$ outta this thing and it still runs as good as ever. Can't go wrong IMHO.

no kidding^ Yeah, I don't get it. Cap is like new. Tried a briggs push mower cap that I had and it was even worse. I ended up pumping out half of the tank and with a lower level it was fine. Not really sure anything will help it. I don't get it.

drive around some commercial job sites or call a commercial underground excavating company. I'm sure they have a source or may have some scraps at "the yard" that you can have for free. Green drain is what you seek

mine was built with a 90A flux core from HF. They are unbeatable for the $$$ in my opinion. I love it.
