Made an exhaust from old bicycle handlebars from a thrift shop for $2. Made an air filter for the venturi since the cone filter would've hit my foot. Got my sprocket drilled, just need the center milled out now. Almost ready to rip!

Any harm in running #35 chain instead? Sprockets and chain are much cheaper and my TAV2 has both

It's a parts bike I'm stuffing a Predator into. Never had an engine in my hands. Guys that built these on YouTube are running 10T driven and 45T rear off the TAV2. Not sure why guy above is saying 75-100 is necessary.

Yeah, I inquired robertson's above about a flange. I could just weld a coupler to that and use black pipe from there on out. Good freakin idea!

I think the stock pipe is cast though. Not sure if will accept a weld well

I just mounted a 420cc Predator in my tractor. The exhaust needs to be moved for me to use my OEM sheet metal. The dang Predator is not NPT threaded in the exhaust port...argh. I will need to weld up something. If anyone has a spare stock manifold pipe lying around, PM me. I want it. Let's...
