    You also need a band to wrap around the tire to get it inflated or you won't get the beads to seat without ruining the tire. Did you get the tire on the rim yet? Or is above the problem?

    I smear alittle grease on the inside rubber and on the air filter adapter. Dust sticks to grease and the airflow throws most of the dust outward, into the grease. Clean and reapply and that dust is not in your motor I think I learned that from the flathead masters engine builders guide...

    Easy way to increase CFM on the factory carbs. The throttle shaft is super thick , a dremel with 1/8in carbide burr, grind the backside of the shaft down. Makes a big difference in WOT flow.

    I trained them well, its flat. After the race valves are situated and port work, ill lap it once more. And ill be past 10 to 1 with a thick fiber gasket, and have plenty head/ piston clearance.

    Recoil says 160cc, add says 200cc Wonder if it is really a gx160 , 5.5hp clone? Bit smoother running with the shorter stroke, nice sometimes. Less vibration at the handlebars.

    Ordered the wrong top plate, at least it was on clearance Fixed Had to order some oil caps and stainless valves, in the meantime im going to mill a genuine gx200 head. With the flat top lo drag piston should be over 10 to 1.
