    Shock Mounts Any objections for mounting the shock like this? I did not like the original plans, as it showed the shock mounts at 90 degrees to each other, this way the shock is free to move on the same axis. Let me know. TY

    thank you, now can see what I am striving to do. I will keep trying to get better and better:wai: I guess time will tell if my welds hold up, so far all of my break tests have held up nice! (and almost destroyed my vice)

    Ok I know that the bolt I welded to the spindle is a 5/8"x5, so, can anyone please tell me the correct bearings to get and where i can get them? I'm also fine with getting new rims.:surrender:

    Just got an e-mail back from the supplier. "Recreational gokart tires are rated non-highway use. No information is available on speed. " How in the world do I change the bushing? Sorry I have no pics handy of the side walls.

    Yes, actually it was warm enough to get some more work done last night here the pictures. Question though , what should the range of up and down motion of the a-arms be, I really don’t have much of a down motion, up seems ok, but not great, looks as though the rods get bound up buy the spindle...
