I think what you are referring to is called a hub ...& "if" you have a 3/4" axle ...then, you need a hub for a 3/4" axle ...that your brake disc (rotor) will bolt on to :thumbsup: Maybe something like this :cheers2: https://www.bmikarts.com/Steel-Sprocket-Brake-Drum-Hub_p_4137.html
