well first you need a proper gear, not all ratios will give you 15 mph+. efficiency is accomplished by getting more out of the device as opposed to how much you are putting in.... the only way you can get it to give you a solid take off, and a longer take off, is haevier flywheel and a spring...

i'd bore it .10 over, and remember with the new piston and ring sizes ( starting with '99 and later ) that the piston is .002 bigger so .10 over is more like .1002 ( i think? ) over. and the rings like a fine surface, like 400-600 grit also with new piston, they put silicon in them ( 12 % )...

speed won't increase because no extra rpms, or maybe it will help it reach like 2 mph more.. amd phenoms scale @ 3.75 instead of being an assumed 4.0. so i think two motors would be more like 1.65... got alot of batteries?
