    Broken Valve Stem

Deffinitely worth the like 5-10 that it'll cost from a local tire shop.

    Offroad adventures

November : Don't have too much of the first weekend itself. Broke down on the way out, 40 min trip turned into 4 hrs. Made it down and swapped sensors the next morning. Ended up at a nice angle on a rock face. Xjs playing where they shouldn't. This is all Black Friday/prep before. Replaced the...

    Offroad adventures

Lil update since then. Starter bolts were because I put them in wrong. One metric one standard. Just warrentied the starter. Killed a crank sensor at the beginning of November on the way down to wheel. Last month has been fixit mode as next event is Feb. Tore the bumper off to do a diy kit...

    Is this for real?

Jeeps got 35x12.5 Maxxis buckshot mudders on it, those did pretty good the one snow storm we had. I guess enough knobby tire there.

    Is this for real?

Friends all have 4x4 trucks. Pretty much guarentee that they get people out of ditches every storm (Northeast Ohio) And Knobbie tires suck on ice (on light vehicles ie gokarts)

    Please Help Identify this Kart

Probably not an Am ex. Deffinitly a Manco, not sure about that model tho. We have put a cageless dingo in the back of a mazda 3 hatchback though. That one was fun.

Building a 'Restomod' Manco Dingo with my boys

You could always just order a knockoff 30 series kit off the jungle and move both over. Wider is 3/4 pulley vs narrower 5/8

Building a 'Restomod' Manco Dingo with my boys

Here's differences. Both driven pullies are comet pullies. Pretty sure the newer driver pully is a knockoff. But yeah.

    Belt ripping 30 series TC

If you didn't already sand, you could just throw a washer or 2 behind the driven.

Building a 'Restomod' Manco Dingo with my boys

Just read through this whole thread, brings up good memories doing similar with my dad. As for the torque converter. Simple fix for the belt issue Theres actually a difference between the "new" drivers and the old commets, had this issue with some of mine, aka the origonal torque converter on...

Replacement Gas Tank for Subaru Robin?

It spend any time sitting? Gas with ethanol in it will attract water. Water goes to bottom.... More often than not the reason I get rusted tanks is because whatever it was would've been sitting for a decent period of time.

Replacement Gas Tank for Subaru Robin?

One of the ones I've done was fill a tank with water/rocks and mow the lawn with it strapped to the wheel. Works quite well lmao. Probably cheapest option.

    Torque converter sprocket location?

You could make a spacer for the lower sprocket that spaces it from the hub. Would be more stable than a outboard tc sprocket. Eithor that or redo the axle with a fresh hub and probably bearings.

    Offroad adventures

Plenty of mud around here. Tearing into some issues I've been having, moving the alternator up from the bottom side to hopefully not kill another one. Turns out the giant oil leak was the lack of gasket on the cam sensor. That and the upper starter bolt backed out, not sure how on that one...
