yea I'm having trouble finding info on the motor as well its the tecumseh 5.5 hp ohv powersport motor same as enduro. I'll try and take a video of the linkage moving with the mystery spring and see if that helps

so i was playing with the spring setting and number 1 definatly revs the highest, 5 barly does anything. the part i was more concerned w/ was on the right side, the spring loop that is horizontal doesn't really contact anything even with the pedal all the way down.

apparently the hubs and rims are different sizes Single flange hub to fit our split rims. 4-hole, 2 13/16" bolt circle. 1" bore with 1/4" keyway. Overall Hub Length is 3-1/4" Hub Length from Flange to End of Hub is 2.05" & 1" that is the correct hub size for the rims i need

im replacing the bald tires because the tire is starting to bubble and the slick is going to be thicker than a bald golf kart tire. and i plan on power washing and painting this weekend =)

hey looks like we are in the same boat i also just recently bought a kart with a 5.5 tec motor. and i would consider myself just above newb. do you have any mods to the motor? have you done any oil changes, spark plugs, etc?
