Had a friend do it on a project build . Simple as can be . He got a water valve at hardware store and used it . Put a Y pipe and one side went muffler and other side had the valve and straight pipe . In my opinion it wasn't worth the time and effort on a small engine .

Yeah I know that and wasn't planning on it . Not going to remove it till I can beef it up with a better rod and such first . Thanks though

Yes it does , all that screw allowed was a little extra throttle . Lookin at the governor on it last night and if I remove it I would have to hook throttle right to carb , all it has is a plastic piece to hook and not sure that would hold up with cable hooked to it very well . Any ideas on that...

Yes that is it , after I removed it is when it would get up to 30-31mph according to GPS .

You should be able to have a machine shop do that no problem .

How can you adjust the governor ? Goin to order sprocket and clutch in a day or so, so will order a 54 sprocket and a 10 clutch I guess . Any good places to order ? Thanks for the help

Haven't removed governor yet cause engine under warranty so just removed the stop screw

Ok thanks, not worried about loosing some lowend . We live out in middle of no where and have tons of open space to ride so more worried about top speed . Was thinking about a 12 count clutch since it needs replaced anyways and a 54 count sprocket since the 60 is way too close to the ground ...

I just used the same bolt that was on the old Briggs fun power 5hp and it fit .

Believe they are 3-4.50 on 6"rims . S The cart is pretty light in my opinion . Will double check the size when I get home

Put a new Predator 212cc on the cart with a 10tooth clutch and 60 tooth sprocket , it runs about 3mph with throttle stop screw removed . What would be a good ratio for more topend speed ? Thanks
