Small engine shaft

Hi i have a small engine and on the shaft there is no hole to put a bolt in to hold my Centrifugal Clutch and i wonder if you can like make one or something..

You should be able to have a machine shop do that no problem .

Do you know how big the hole has to be?

A centrifugal clutch also has grub/set screws to hold it on...

It's a tecumseh hs40

Yup, folks are correct. Shaft can be drilled and tapped to 5/16UNF24. May not be necessary though if your clutch features setscrews.
