Yes it does , all that screw allowed was a little extra throttle .
Lookin at the governor on it last night and if I remove it I would have to hook throttle right to carb , all it has is a plastic piece to hook and not sure that would hold up with cable hooked to it very well .
Any ideas on that one ?

Do NOT bypass the governor without removing all the governor internals as well. They can come loose and fall into your engine, really messing things up!

Yeah I know that and wasn't planning on it . Not going to remove it till I can beef it up with a better rod and such first .
