do you think a 212 cc with governor removed and header pipe and eventually an air filter upgrade kit would be too much power for the torque converter? I don’t have any other moded parts other than that

I have had my go kart for a while now and it is pretty old probably older than me. But any way the tires are dry rotting and isn’t very good. The inner tubes are sticking out and all that. The tire size is 145/70-6 and those don’t have anything that seems to be 145 in inches more like 14.4 but...

I got a 30 series torque converter for Christmas. I installed it on my go kart and it runs great. If anyone has advice on maintainace and belts that last long it would be nice if you could leave a few.

I have a question about the carb on my 212cc motor. I know the idle adjustment screw and the main carb jet but was wondering what the small brass colored screw with a spring on it, closer to the motor It it another jet or something?

I got an old go kart from my neighbor put anew motor on it and realized that the chain and sprocket don’t have the same pitch the clutch does. I was wondering if there were any simple ways to find the size of chain based on the sprocket.
