Weird, because in the product description for that specific one it states: "Item for sale outside California only – please refer to item for California compliant model." In other words, that isn't the California-compliant model.

That would be excellent if that is the case - I might relocate the fuel tank so gravity feeding would no longer be an option. Still, I wonder why a fuel pump would be necessary on an unmodified engine since the fuel tank is on top.
