    yes you can polish rocks....my g-ma was a rock hound, i used to go with her to hunt rocks and arrow heads. i have a HUGE collection of arrow heads and spear tips, petrified wood, grinding stones etc... still to this day...after i hunt...i wonder old fresh plowed fields and river beds looking...

    i posted on here couple of mths age about making a brass tumbler . using a dryer motor and using pullys and jack swhaft to reduce rps from 1500 to 50 rpm..took me a couple of minutes but i accomplished the task..it actually has 2 jack shafts and heres my mower after my daughter saw your site...

    toystory said it would take 2 jack shafts, thats 1 to many. the ribbed pulleys are 30 bucks a pop. my math is screwed up. i figured 1-- 5 1/2" pulley and 1-- 2" pulley but.. i skipped math class when susie q smilled at me! thats the reason i asked ya'll for help
