I agree with chancer and justinlogue5_0 looks like you need to move your brake hub assembly, sprocket and lock collar need moved towards the frame and everything should line up. should be harder than using a allen key to loosen move then over make sure everything is lined up and tighten back up.
on road or off road? this will also determine bracing on frame, engine and suspension. you will also need a pretty strong axle. I am assuming its around 100hp being a 600cc.
That sir is a grand idea! Ill let you all know what I come up with, going to tinker with it this weekend while im waiting on parts to arrive for the other kart
looks home made, wheel base is really narrow I thought maybe it was used as an aux fuel supply for a mule. cant figure out whats going on with the crazy pipes. looks like something at one point in time was mounted on top the fuel tank.
i do its one inch.....
found these measurements on another site
2 Hole, 1" - 3" Bolt Hole Center to Center
3 Hole, 1" - 2 5/8" Bolt Hole Center to Center
3 Hole, 1 1/4" - 3 1/8" Bolt Hole Center to Center
I have also considered this, although I was looking at sami axles or old willys. I would run them to axles and a transfer case ant then to a TC powered by a v twin. Some dude build his kid a awesome jeep using sami axles. I believe a 250 motor was used.
Anderkart, I had thought about it and marked it out, but I only have enough metal for the two upper holes, granted that is where most of the pressure from the bearing will be I'm not comfortable with it being I'm considering a 11hp Honda for the engine.
