how hard is it to flip an engine?

hey yall, i was at a friends house and he told me that it was particularly easy to flip a Briggs opposed twin on it side and i was wondering if any of you have tried it? i happen to have one.

my grandpa did it with a 25hp vtwin, for an airplane, from a lawn mower. also you just change the intake and engine side cover or put a motorcycle carb intsead of changing the intake

Yup, I've been wrenchin' since the early '80's

so i did end up building a steam engine this afternoon( ran on compressed air.) but its super inificeent bc noth valves eng up opening at the same time

Since pressurized gases and red hot tanks don't scare you, maybe it's time to build a pulsejet onto a kart.

kaos you can modifiy the camshaft with jb weld and an angle grinder if its not running high rpms
