My first chopper Build

Hello!
This is my first post, I thought i'd post a picture of my first chopper build and get some opinions and maybe some ideas.
I still have alot of work to do to it....... it has a honda Gx160 clone and a TAV2, but am working on a Gx200 clone (hopped up) to replace the 160.

Let me know what you think I need some more ideas!

Nice!
I like it.

Although its more bobber style than chopper.
The exhaust looks pretty wild too!

Its begging for a v-twin, or opposed twin! (like mine)

It runs at about 45mph wide open so far, It only stands about 27" to the top of the handle bars (low) because I built the bike around the engine.... I was looking more toward building a sort of Drag/chopper in the begin with, and ended up with this. But given the lack of clearence the a v-twin would never fit. But like your bike, I did have the intention of maybe squeezing a opposed twin into it. I missed out on the chance to get a unique opposed twin engine... It was a 20 hp engine used as a auxilary power unit on a B29 bomber, which would have also fit with the military type paint scheme I kinda want to go with.

But I have a goal to get at least 60mph out of it before I'm done!

I think you could use a longer fork on that thing it would look much better... Love the exhaust excellent job!!!

Ohhh Yeah! I saw a video somewhere where a fella made a chopper with a old Kohler magnum (probably 18hp) and got the bike street legal and was driving down a highway, so I'm pretty shure that briggs your running there will burn the asphalt well!

That'll be my next build (street legal).......in forever......ughh

I'm building mine to be street legal. Yayy. Should be fun.

Im digging your bike though!

Looks a bit uncomfortable though! lol

Ah! But it IS copper! Lol! It's 1in. type K (1/8in heavy wall) brazed with sil-phos. Tin solder won't hold up to the heat, sil-phos brazing rod is good up to 1250*F...

I think even when I paint the bike I'm gonna leave the copper bare and corroded.

HAHA! Wow, made a liar out of me, Just didnt think anyone would ever make one from copper!
