Just cool looking...

Well that looks a bit ungainly to me, to include that 'wonky' fuel line hanging in thin air like that ...and like FHB alluded to, you are messing with the center of gravity with all that fuel up high.

Just an observation; not knocking your stuff, mang. :p

No worries. The tank that was on that engine was leaking. That was an easy way out for me.
And I have already broke the hoop that holds it up there.
But that's what's custom building is about.

Jerked the motor off my kart. I had some plumbing explode last night, so I had to attend to tonight, but the engine is on my bench at work, and it will be undergoing some changes in the near future......

Got the new intake port matched. I also ported the head more. I'm hoping for a noticeable increase in woopow, we'll see I guess. It's interesting to be able to take a good look at the intake valve by simply opening the throttle and looking right at it.

My youngest brother want to try his hand at racing my go kart. I said that would be fine as I'm done class racing. We'll either put the open briggs flathead on it or try the predator class depending on whether or not we can keep up in the open class. I've already rounded up two sets of maxxis pinks and blues and am looking for some wheels ATM. Since I've got a cold and am trying to keep my activity to a minimum I decided to bring the body inside and dismantle it in preparation for paint.

Well, it did for a while. This is what happened last time I let my brother ride it.
When he was a truck driver the called him Floorboard.
