I forgot to tell y'all What happened.
I got all the parts laid out, Double checked everything, laid out the tools, so I could do the Assembly video, in one shot.
I put the frame on the bench, set up the Ipod and started recording.
I got the rear axle assembled, with sprocket, bearings, brake disc. I loosely set it into the frame and bolted on the bearing cassette hangars.

Suddenly I noticed... I never got the Axle ends threaded!:2guns:

So I stopped the Video, took it apart and got the Axle over to the Machine shop Thursday. I stopped in Sat and it was still sitting where I left it on the front Counter.

Talk about all Dressed up and nowhere to go. I keep looking at this Rolling table with all my parts and Feeling really Bored!

Oh yeah, that's what I'm talking about right there. Well done.

I believe that was your inspiration a few months back.
Thanks

Yeah here we go:
I like the red wheels. Lots of black bobbers and rat rods out there with them, tried and true combo IMO. Now back to your regularly scheduled brain discussion ........

I got my axle back from the Machine shop, He broke his Die trying to thread it, So it is not done.

I am just going to buy on at BMI. $22 bucks. I know I know. For that price why bother messing with My Current axle. Well it was here, right. And this is actually a very low cost Build with few newly purchased parts. So I wanted to DIY and make work what I could.

I better call... They want $38.50 USPS shipping!
{Edit}
I see I can Choose UPS for $21.38.
Still Gonna Call! lol

I had a Delay trying to get my Axle threaded, so I had a way to keep the wheels on.
I decided to just use good Quality Split type lock collars.
As I was putting the rear together today I realized my Rear Hubs are the Split type and I did not really need anything to hold them on!
I used the Split Collars anyway.

I have this halfway assembled and should have a Video soon.
