Actually rotary vane superchargers have been around since the early 1950's at least. They were very popular especially in Europe with all their small cars they have there. There are also historical facts backing up everything I have advised him on. So before you go popping off at the mouth maybe you should do some reading and studying on your own.

Denny

I know there is actual good info and historical facts, and I actually HAVE researched the Ford smog pumps and know they are a mod people actually do... thats the reason its like giving dynamite to a 10 yr old... its REAL information that can actually make more power. The M80 is his popcorn machine he has now and the dynamite is tge info your providing which will give him an actual screamer of an engine. I'm worried what could happen with gis popcorn machine, let alone what he would do with an engine that produces a decent amount of power. Get it?

So don't be surprised when you see a Ford WATERPUMP with a wastegate!

i think thats the best idea you've given me. unfortunately i'm still gonna have to take your belt and beat you with it. with the belt buckle on it.

a TURBOchager that runs with air from the valve cover.

If anyone has a better idea for a pump-turbocharger let me know. i'd be willing to try it as long as its less then $40. 50 tops.

I look here for my daily laugh come on PoBoy this kid is just messing with you, granted it is done in a truly beautiful way that I find utterly hilarious. Perhaps if PoBoy quit responding this kid would just go away.

Have you read up on the 390 carb? It has some issues on acceleration from idle. I'm working on the cure now! lol

Well...don't bother....you'll have plenty of old ruined TC belts you can use instead!

I've got an idea for you: a morphine pump. You're gonna wind up with one eventually, anyway! :lolgoku:

i did read that. but it's okay i have idle problems with my stock carb anyway. But i did also read the smaller carb maintains a good velocity and will be good for a considerable amount of horsepower.

Have you tried high number jet yet ?

Haven't tried messing with the jets just yet. I move slow. Still researching carb basics (mainly the different circuits, the emulsification process, accelerator pumps)
I'm about to post some good E-Tube info on my engine thread.

Best of Luck. I'm glad you bring up your Mod ideas so I can test the water before I toss my ideas out there.:lolgoku:

i am curious about the nitrous idea now. i cant afford it but i would try it with a pinhole-sized jet with that insulator i showed you at AGK.

Well... i'm going to fix the steering wobble then finish up reinforcing the rear extension that took a LOT of force to even bend slightly straight with a tractor blade. Who knows? me being me i might fabricate a permanent live axle with high gearing with the engine in the center of it. call me crazy I won't deny it.
